Online Shop Information
The University of Strathclyde Online Shop provides a secure and convenient payment system to purchase products, conferences and short courses from the University. This service is available to all faculties and departments within the University free of charge. Various items or services can be sold on the online shop, such as:
- Field Trips
- Events
- Conferences
- Publications
- Short Courses
- Course Notes
- Membership subscriptions
- University Merchandise
If you would like to sell any items using the online shop you will be required to complete a submission form (see 'Useful Links', below), which should be authorised by the budget holder/ head of department. The completed form should then be sent to the Finance Systems Admin Team for processing. You can send this form via e-mail to:

Please note that after the form has been received the Systems Section will require:
- 7 days to set up a product
- 28 days to set up a conference, event or short course
