Office365 ProPlus is a service available to registered students with an Office365 email account enabling them to use the latest full version of Microsoft Office.

Licence Details :

The software will be licensed for the full duration of student's course. 
Once the student has left the University, the Microsoft Office ProPlus subscription will end.

To ensure continuous validation, students must remember to access their Office365 mailbox at least once every month.

When the student is no longer registered with the University, the office suite will enter a state of reduced functionality until a license is purchased.
When the license expires, students retain read-only access to their Microsoft Office files.

Usage :

Regisitered students are entitled to run Microsoft Student Advantage on their own personal machines, on or off campus.

Each subscription license will allow eligible students to run Office on up to five machines being Mac or PC and run Office Mobile for Android or Office Mobile for iPhone on up to 5 mobile devices without any additional cost.
