The Trade Union (Facility Time Publication Requirements) Regulations 2017 came into force on 1 April 2017. The Regulations place a legislative requirement on relevant public sector employers, including the University, to collate and publish a range of data on the amount and cost of facility time within their organisation on an annual basis.

The following information represents the University's return for the period 1 April 2022 - 31 March 2023.
