Staff are permitted to run this software on University owned devices only.

Affinity products are available for download from the Affinity website.

Student

Affinity products are available to access via Pegasus, please read the Installation Guide for more information.

Product may be used by staff on a University owned device.

Students can run software on both University owned and personal laptop/PC for educational projects.

Please note: Use of this software for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

AI Usage

This educational software may include third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) features to enhance your learning experience. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • External use of data: Be aware that your prompts, inputs, academic or any other data you input, may be processed by an external AI service provider.
  • No Confidential Information: You must not enter any University personal data (e.g., student or staff data) or any other confidential information (including research/course materials) into the AI tool.
  • Accuracy Not Guaranteed: AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for checking accuracy and ensuring academic integrity.
  • Usage for Training: The AI provider may use the data which you have entered to improve their models.  Do not assume that your data remains confidential.
  • Optional Use: You may choose not to use the AI features within the software package or use an earlier non‑AI version if available.
