AI Usage
This educational software may include third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) features to enhance your learning experience. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- External use of data: Be aware that your prompts, inputs, academic or any other data you input, may be processed by an external AI service provider.
- No Confidential Information: You must not enter any University personal data (e.g., student or staff data) or any other confidential information (including research/course materials) into the AI tool.
- Accuracy Not Guaranteed: AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for checking accuracy and ensuring academic integrity.
- Usage for Training: The AI provider may use the data which you have entered to improve their models. Do not assume that your data remains confidential.
- Optional Use: You may choose not to use the AI features within the software package or use an earlier non‑AI version if available.
