Maple is an algebraic and numerical mathematics package used for solving mathematical problems and creating interactive technical applications.
Is this software right for me?
This software can be used by staff, on university computers, whether that is a laptop or desktop, both on and off campus, without a network/internet.
If you are staff and want to use this on a university computer with a network/internet connection, please use Maple 2020 Network for Mac.
What does this software do?
Maple is maths software. By creating technical documents, Maple can combine numeric and symbolic calculations, mathematical notation and explorations.
Maple is compatible with Microsoft Windows, Macintosh, Solaris and 32/64 bit Linux.
How do I get it?
Staff
Available for download via Pegasus.
Student
Students are unable to download this version of the software, but they can download Maple 2024 Student Extension for Mac.
Computer labs
Maple is available on the virtual desktop.
