Wanying (Yolanda) Huang is PhD Candidate in International Environmental Law at University of Strathclyde Glasgow, Law School where she is the member of Strathclyde Centre for Environmental Law and Governance. Yolanda’s research topic is: How can Enforcement of Basel Convention be Improved -a case study of China and UK and the role of Networks. The purpose of the research is seeking for the improvement of enforcement as the analysis of key themes of enforcement and find out the significance of role of networks under the understanding of Basel Convention. The contribution of the research is seeking to more efficient enforcement of environmental regulations.
