Our careers service is always on hand to help, even after you graduate.

Find out more about how the careers service can help.

Accessing your digital certificate

If you graduated from 2020 onwards, you can access your digital certificates from our Student Verification Portal.

You can view your digital certificate and share it with employers/third parties for verification. You can also print a copy until you receive your hard copy degree parchment.

Transcripts

All graduating students will receive an academic transcript free of charge.

If you're attending one of the graduation ceremonies then you'll be able to collect your academic transcript when you come to collect your guest tickets from the Learning Village, Level 2 of the Learning and Teaching Building.

If you're graduating in absentia then your transcript will be sent along with your award parchment after all the graduation ceremonies have taken place, and this will be sent to the address you provide during the enrolment process.

Please note: as academic transcripts contain personal sensitive data you'll need to present your student card for verification purposes before your transcript can be released.

Interim transcripts are available for purchase to undergraduate and postgraduate students who require evidence of subjects studied along with grades and marks obtained.

Find out more about obtaining your transcripts.

Academic verification

Sometimes organisations request verification of current and past students’ attendance and qualifications. These organisations include:

  • prospective employers
  • employment and screening agencies
  • other Higher Education institutions,
  • local authorities
  • government bodies
