Our nursery is based right in the heart of campus. Whether you're at Strathclyde to study or work, you can rest easy knowing your little one(s) aren't far.
We're a welcoming and friendly bunch and provide a happy and supportive environment where your child can thrive.
We have three playrooms and an enclosed garden. Our staff are fully qualified and provide a safe, nurturing and respectful service for all children.

Reserve a place
It's also possible to reserve places for future needs and staff and students are recommended to contact the Nursery at an early date.
Childcare Scotland Ltd operates the Strathclyde Nursery on campus (Level 1 of Forbes Hall) on behalf of the University.
How much does it cost?
Staff
Daily rate between the hours of 8am to 6pm:
- 0 to 2 years £55.70
- 2 to 3 years £53.50
- 3 to 5 years £51.95
Students
Weekly rate:
- 2 to 3 years full time only £242.25 weekly
- 3 to 5 years full time only £235.55 weekly
Please note: we have very limited space in the 2 to 3 age group range.
ELC Funding available if eligible for 3 to 5 years
1140 Hours (30 Hours per week over 38 weeks – Fixed Days Term Time)
Other fees
All methods of payment, except for full payment of fees by direct debit attract a £5.00 monthly administration fee.
