Gordon's story
I’m Head of Conferencing & Events, which sits within Marketing & Development Services Directorate. I’ve interacted with all sorts of people both inside and outside the institution since I joined Strathclyde in 2013. I hope that means I have experience of a broad range of relationships and behaviours, as well as a good working knowledge of the University’s structures.
I’m lucky enough to be part of the best team I’ve ever worked with, which is in great part down to the work we’ve done to build relationships and to support and respect one another through good times and bad.
I hope that as a Dignity & Respect Adviser, I can offer colleagues and students the same support and reassurance that others have shown me over my time here.
