Whether you are 18 or 85, studying for professional development purposes, want to improve your qualifications or simply learn for personal pleasure - we have a course that's right for you.

CPD

Offering a wide range of professionally recognised CPD programmes, focusing on the development of knowledge and understanding for effective practice.  Distance learning opportunities available for modular postgraduate programmes, and stand-alone certificates of professional development, in a variety of workplace-relevant topics.

Adult Learning

Evening & weekend study, aimed at making a broad range of learning opportunities available to adults of all ages who seek flexible learning on a part time basis. A large number of classes offer optional accreditation which can lead to a University award. The programme aims to benefit adults in work, leisure, family or civic situations.

Seniors

Managed by the Senior Studies Institute (SSI), aimed at older adults & delivered through its extensive daytime programme of classes alongside social, volunteering & personal development services. Classes cover subjects of special interest to older people.
