Lifestyle Health and Wellbeing Assessments

Based upon the latest scientific research, technology and medical thinking this is an opportunity to understand the key lifestyle issues that directly affect your health and wellbeing. A baseline of physical measurements (height, weight, blood pressure and cholesterol) and questions about your health will help you consider your present lifestyle. You will receive a personal report that will offer advice and guidance towards positive changes you could make. You control your own lifestyle and now you will be provided with information to help you focus clearly upon your own personal goals and from which to measure improvements in your health and wellbeing. You can also receive information of how you can be supported in achieving your goals through wellbeing initiatives and facilities at the University. Any information provided by you will remain secure and confidential and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Legislation.

Bookings for Lifestyle Assessments can be made online.
