Supported browsers
A list of PC operating systems and browsers that are supported on FMS can be found here: Supported Browsers for FMS .
Additionally, the FMS System has been tested against a variety of End-User Devices and Browsers it appears to function well. However, a few issues have been identified. The links below provide solutions to these issues.
Back button
As with almost all systems it is recommended (and in most cases essential) that you use the navigation within the application and not the browser ‘back’ button.

FMS browser & access issues
If you experience ‘Web page cannot be found’ / ‘Bad Request’ error messages when accessing FMS then follow the guidance below for the browser you are using:
If the problem persists then:
- Make sure that restart the browser after clearing the cookies
- Use a separate browser session for FMS (this should help avoid the problem)
