  • Please email us first: Send your enquiry to ISST staff for an initial assessment. We'll let you know if an in-person or Zoom appointment would be helpful.
  • Private consultations: We offer confidential appointments in person or via Zoom (for registered students only).
  • Telephone & third-party enquiries: Unfortunately, we can't offer individual immigration advice by phone or to someone else without your consent.

  • We can only provide immigration advice once you've accepted an offer to study at Strathclyde.
  • Use your university email address when contacting us.
  • Include your registration number for verification.
