How can I obtain information and advice?

Where are we? We are located on level one of the McCance Building in The Advice Centre and are open between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.

How can we help? We can provide infomation and advice on a number of matters, providing either general over-the-counter information or by making a one-to-one appointment with an Adviser.

We have General Advice drop-in sessions on Mondays from 10am-12 noon and Thursdays from 2pm-4pm, where you can come and speak with one of our Advisers.

I need to make a Tier 4 Visa Extension application, how can I make an appointment? We are currently developing an on-line booking system which will be available shortly.  In the meantime you can email  infoandadvice@strath.ac.uk for further advice.

By Email

You can contact us via the Information and Advice email - infoandadvice@strath.ac.uk - or if your enquiry is specific to your Tier 4 visa then we have a dedicated Tier 4 email - tier4@strath.ac.uk. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 2 working days.

By Phone

You can call us on 0141 548 4273 to make an initial enquiry, however, you may be asked to see us in person either at The Advice Centre or at a pre-arranged appointment.  Telephone lines are staffed from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
