We are located on Level One of the McCance Building in The Advice Centre and are open between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday.
You can access information and advice on a number of matters - academic, immigration etc. With general over-the-counter information; specialised drop-in sessions or, in some cases, a one-to-one appointment with an Adviser there is something to suit everyone's schedule.
Our General Advice drop-in sessions will take place on Monday and Thursday from 2pm-4pm, where you can come and speak with one of our Advisers on a one-to-one basis.
From week commencing 10th November 2014 visa extension checking will be on a drop-in basis on Thursday morning only between 10am and 12pm.
I need to make a Tier 4 Visa Extension application, how do I request my CAS?
To request your CAS you will need to provide some documents to The Advice Centre staff. You should have your supervisor complete a CAS request form (for full details please see here), this along with your passport and current visa can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or brought along in person to The Advice Centre.

By phone: You can call us on 0141 548 4273 to make an initial enquiry, however, you may be asked to see us in person either at The Advice Centre during a drop-in session or at a pre-arranged appointment. Telephone lines are staffed from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
