Chemical Safety Advisor
As the University’s Chemical Safety Adviser, Katrina is responsible for providing advice on chemical safety matters to all staff and students seeking guidance. Katrina will also advise on Chemical Safety Training and CoSHH assessments prior to commencing work.

Work at the University may involve activities that use chemical substances that are hazardous to health.
The University aims to prevent or reduce exposure to hazardous substances by complying with relevant legislation.
DSEAR
Work at the University may involve activities that use dangerous substances defined in the Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations 2002, such as flammable gases, liquids, solids and others.
The University aims to prevent the potential for such an atmopshere occuring by complying with this legislation.
