A highly motivated and initiative-taking with experience in Smart Grid Communications, mobile networks and networks analysis, with more than more than 18 years experience in different communication technologies between academia and the industry. Currently working - as a senior communication and systems integration Research Engineer at the Power Networks Demonstartion Centre (PNDC) - on communication solutions for smart grids.

- This project estimated the bandwidth required to meet the Distributed Network Operators (DNOs’) requirements to deploy private radio technologies for monitoring and control functions in secondary substations. The overhead traffic required in each secondary substation was computed based on IEC 62870-05-104 protocol taking into consideration the TLS and IPSec compliance with IEC62351, plus any extra layers of security and relevant industry consultations
