Personal statement
Prior to joining Strathclyde, Graham ran his own successful company, Leankaizen Ltd, which provided consultancy and training services in the field of Lean transformation. His clients included the Legal Services Commission of England and Wales, the Home Office, the Royal Courts of Justice, and the NHS. He is the co-author of two books “Tools for Success” and “Practical Quality”. Prior to working in Lean Consultancy, Graham had a ‘Blue Chip’ senior management operational background, including residential periods working in the USA. His past employers include Polaroid, Burroughs, Computer and Systems Engineering, and Lucas Aerospace. He has a BSc. in Technology and Business Studies from the University of Strathclyde. Away from work, Graham enjoys spending time with family and friends.
