The Department of Government & Public Policy's teaching quality has been recognised in impressive 2024 subject rankings from The Times and Guardian newspapers.
The University of Strathclyde rose two spaces from 6th to 4th in the UK in the Politics section of The Times/Sunday Times Good University Guide 2024 which was published over the weekend.
Last week, the Guardian University Guide 2024 ranked the University of Strathclyde 6th in the UK for Politics - a jump of eight places since the publication of last year's results.
Prof. Anthony McGann, Head of the Department of Government & Public Policy, said: "We are delighted and proud of our staff, academic and professional, who have made the experience of our students so positive in a very difficult environment these past few years."
