How can women's rights be better realised in Scotland? Launch of Engender report

Engender and the Centre for the Study of Human Rights Law have launched a paper exploring whether CEDAW should be incorporated into Scots Law, and what other legal mechanisms Scotland could create to enable the realisation of women's rights. The event featured Professor Nicole Busby, co-author of the paper, Emma Ritch, Executive Director of Engender, Judith Robertson, Chair of the Scottish Human Rights Commission, and Professor Alan Miller, Chair of the First Minister's Advisory Group on Human Rights Leadership.
