Target Audience

It is ideal for all managers contributing to the strategy of their business unit or organisation.

This module can be delivered both as an open programme or a company programme. It is relevant for all managers contributing to the strategy of their business unit or organisation.

Fee

Upskilling modules are funded by the Scottish Government and the Scottish Funding Council.

A limited number of fully funded places are available to applicants living in Scotland.  Early application is advised.

The module will run as a block 3 days.

What you will study and achieve

This course explores uncertainty, individual and corporate foresight, and teaches participants by way of a workshop format, how to deal with uncertainty using scenario planning.

Credits and certification

The course is worth 10 credits at SCQF level 11 which you can refer to in any job or academic application. You will receive a formal University of Strathclyde certificate of completion after the closing date of the course and internal verification processes.
