What is it like to be a student at Strathclyde and in Glasgow?
After a long-standing career, being a student at first was overwhelming. However, the Strathclyde journey has been a fulfilling experience. The university welcomes diversity and encourages a multicultural environment allowing students from diverse backgrounds to come together and learn from each other.

Glasgow, as a city, is vibrant and full of life. It offers a perfect balance between an urban setting and a warm, welcoming community. There are various cultural events, recreational activities, and historical landmarks to explore, thus creating a good balance between studying and enjoying at the same time.

What advice would you give to prospective students?
To prospective students considering an MBA at Strathclyde, I would highly recommend taking the leap and pursuing this programme. While it will be a challenging journey, it will also be a fulfilling one. Staying committed to your learning, actively engaging with relevant people, and seeking help when needed are what helped me in my journey. I would strongly recommend taking advantage of the extracurricular activities and networking events that the university offers as they can be instrumental in building both your personal and professional network. However, do not begin to compare yourself with someone else in your class as each person’s journey and aspiration is different.
Most importantly, believe in yourself and your capabilities, and let the MBA experience be the stepping stone towards your career aspirations.
