Dr Rhonda Wheate Discusses Jury Decision-Making on BBC

The Law School’s Dr Rhonda Wheate participated in a BBC Radio Scotland discussion on jury decision-making practices in criminal cases on Sunday 14 March. Drawing on her earlier research, she explains key issues including: juror selection; how jurors seek to make sense of cases; the differences between Scotland and the UK and the USA; as well as questions of reform.
