How my work is changing the world
Our research is focused on the development and delivery of health solutions for low-income countries in Sub-Saharan Africa. Recognised by UKCDS in the top 10 development research programmes, it has delivered innovative community health programmes in partnership with the Malawian Government, which have directly influenced community health policy and been adopted for national use.
We have also focused on evidence gaps for diarrhoeal disease control, particularly in hygiene, sanitation, behavioural science, transmission of antimicrobial resistance and low-cost solar-based household water treatment systems. Read more about how we're making a difference in Malawi.
