Strathclyde Business School has been offering postgraduate programmes at international centres since 1988. Greece is the home to one of Strathclyde's seven international centres, and we have offered our MBA programme here since 1996.
From 2021, we offer an MBA with a specialism in Shipping in Greece. This is an opportunity to gain an accredited MBA specifically designed for high potential executives in global shipping and the maritime sector. It is a collaboration between Strathclyde’s Business faculty and its department of Naval Architecture, Ocean and Marine Engineering.
Also from 2021, and in partnership with the Hellenic Sales Institute, our MSc Sales & Marketing in Greece, future-proofs the management development needs of Greek-based sales professionals and offers you the opportunity to gain an internationally recognised qualification.
All three programmes are designed for busy executives who need to combine career and family commitments with the demands of their studies. Our faculty members travel to our international centres to run intensive seminars, with continuous support for our students provided by our centre staff. Students have the opportunity to take electives in summer school classes in Glasgow, subject to availability.
Strathclyde Business School is triple accredited by the three international accrediting bodies, AMBA, EQUIS and AACSB. AMBA specifically accredits MBA programmes. All our teaching is supported by the strong research carried out by our faculty. Strathclyde Business School has been recognised in the Research Excellence Framework (REF) 2021 for its world-leading research - with a GPA of 3.26, this positions SBS as the third-highest overall quality of all Scottish institutions as ranked by Times Higher Education (THE).
