New book and online resource about competition law enforcement, featuring Professor Barry Rodger
The new book Judicial Review of Competition Law Enforcement in the EU Member States and the UK has recently been published by Wolters Kluwer.
This book, co-edited by our Professor Barry Rodger, is based on a comparative EU-wide project. It addresses issues around the remedy of judicial review, providing a detailed empirical country-by-country analysis and a comparative report of over 5,700 judgments on competition law enforcement across the 27 EU Member States and the UK.
There is also a companion website for the project, with open access to the datasets used in the publication, plus a detailed methodology, coding book, and explanation of the approach adopted by the editorial team.
In addition to Barry Rodger, the editorial team comprises Or Brook, Francisco Marcos, Maciej Bernatt, and Annalies Outhuijse.
