New report on devolved law-making co-authored by Chris McCorkindale

A new Report entitled “Conditioning Power: Devolved Law-Making after the Supreme Court’s S.28(7) Rulings” was published on 5 February 2026 by the Centre for Public Policy at the University of Glasgow. This was co-authored by our Dr Chris McCorkindale, together with Professors Nicola McEwen, Aileen McHarg and Jo Hunt. It examines what UK Supreme Court decisions mean for devolved law-making in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
