Our Duty of Care podcast features Dr Mary Neal on Scottish Assisted Dying Bill

Dr Mary Neal, Reader in Law at the University of Strathclyde, was interviewed for the Our Duty of Care podcast.

Our Duty of Care is a campaign group comprising health care professionals and students opposing assisted suicide and euthanasia. Dr Neal spoke about the Assisted Dying for Terminally Ill Adults (Scotland) Bill currently before the Scottish Parliament, and in particular the fact that – should it pass – it will not contain any conscientious objection/opt-out provision.
