Psychology and Health awarded two ESRC PhD studentships

Louise Brown Nicholls, Simon Hunter, Nicola Cogan, Anja Kuschmann and Anja Lowit from the School of Psychological Sciences and Health have been awarded 2 ESRC Collaborative PhD Studentships. These awards are very competitive, and the applicants should be congratulated for submitting such excellent applications. Only 15 awards were made in all the social sciences in all Scottish Universities, and 2 of these were awarded to researchers in Psychological Sciences and Health.

The two awards are:

Studentship 1

Title: Ageing and communication: understanding the roles of cognition, speech production, and social participation
