Follow-up Research

We are inviting all workshop attendees to take part in a follow-up study where they get the opportunity to tell us how the workshops have impacted their practice.

The study will consist of filling in a short anonymous online follow-up questionnaire for every workshop you choose to attend. Participation in the follow-up research is entirely voluntary.

If you agree to take part, we will ask you to complete our short online questionnaire just after the workshop, 6 months after the workshop, and then on an annual basis for as long as you feel you still have something to share with us about the impact of the workshop. You can take part for as long as you wish - or stop after filling in one survey...it's entirely up to you.

The purpose of our study is to better understand how practitioners translate research into practice. We will report back to our funders about the impact of the workshops on a yearly basis. We are also hoping to publish an article with our findings in an academic journal, as well as Therapy Today, the BACP's monthly magazine. You can read more about our research and what is involved in our Participant Information Sheet (PIS). The PIS also includes a copy of the Participant Consent Form we will ask you to agree to before starting each survey.
