The ICPLA2027 organising committee are pleased to invite you to the 21st biennial conference of the International Clinical Phonetics and Linguistics Association. Following a successful online conference hosted by the University of Strathclyde in 2021, we are delighted to welcome you to visist the city of Glasgow in person for the 2027 conference. The conference will take place from 14th to 16th of June 2027. 

The conference aims to foster lively and stimulating discussion around the application of linguistics and phonetics to disordered speech and language with the goal of enhancing linguistic and phonetic theory and developing approaches to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders.

We look forward to welcoming you to Glasgow, the World’s friendliest city (TimeOut 2022, Condé Nast Traveller 2024).
