Recognising mental health problems and seeking help
In Scotland, it is estimated that one in three people will experience a mental health problem at some point in their life, but this is not reflected in the number of people seeking help for mental health problems.
This anonymous study gathers information on how well people can recognise common mental health problems, and their opinions on seeking help for a mental health problem.
The study is completed online and should take no longer than 30 minutes.
