Study zones

We may have had to make changes to the services detailed on this page due to COVID–19 restrictions.

Please see our Coronavirus information page for the latest updates.

Library zoning makes it easy to find the perfect study environment.

The colour of the walls and pillars show what type of zone each Level is. You will also see colour-coded signs in the staircases.

Think of our colour-coding as a traffic light:

Silent zone L1 L4 L5
Quiet zone - areas around our enquiry desks L3 L4 L5
Group study zone L2 L3

What's allowed on each Level
