Microsoft Visio is a diagramming and vector graphics application and is part of the Microsoft Office suite.
There are three versions available, a Web App and two Desktop Apps; Standard and Professional.
The web app is available to all staff and students and can be accessed via the links below when logged in with your University credentials:
The web app doesn’t have all the functionality of the Desktop Apps but covers most of the basic functions and may be sufficient for the needs of many users. The Web App can also be used to view files created in the Desktop Apps.

Usage
- Single-Uer licenses can be ordered through the Select Agreement for software intended for installation on University computers and for work purposes only.
- This includes staff machines, open access machines, and machines in departmental labs.
- Software can be upgraded at an additional cost.
- Sales to students or staff intending to use the software for private purposes is not permitted.
