Windows 11 is  the current AI-powered version of Microsoft's Windows NT operating system,, offering a redesigned interface, enhanced performance, and new features like Snap Layouts and Copilot for AI assistance. It is available as a free upgrade for compatible Windows 10 devices and includes improved security and productivity tools.

Windows 11 is available for download via Pegasus.

Student

This software is not available to students.

Computer labs

Windows 11 is also available on the virtual desktop.

  • Processor: 1 GHz or faster, with at least two cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip (SoC). 
  • Memory (RAM): 4 GB or more. 
  • Storage: 64 GB or larger storage device 
  • System Firmware: UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) and Secure Boot capable. 
  • Trusted Platform Module (TPM): Version 2.0. 
  • Graphics Card: Compatible with DirectX 12 or later and a WDDM 2.0 driver. 
  • Display: High definition (720p) display, greater than 9 inches diagonally, with 8 bits per color channel.
