Who are Information Services?

Information Services are responsible for University IT & Library Services. We provide support to all staff and students. We're here to help you throughout your time at Strathclyde, from your first days to graduation.

The Curran Building is home to the Andersonian Library. The staff here can help with Library and IT enquiries, details can be found on our Contact Information Services page.

We provide access to more than one million printed items and hundreds of thousands of electronic resources. We can help you to find the things you need.

The Library is full of study spaces, desks, and computers. We also have workspaces with sockets for those who wish to bring their own device.

As well as the 800+ computers in the Library, we support another 30+ computer suites around campus.

You can use our website or mobile app to find a computer suite. And you can check computer availability online.

You may also want to browse our free software downloads.

Many Library resources are also available online. Use your Strathclyde login to access thousands of journals, databases, and eBooks. See our eResources webpages to get started.
