Library and IT Satisfaction Survey (LITSS)

Your feedback is very important to us and helps us continue to improve our services.

The LITSS is a large-scale survey covering Library and IT services at the University.

LITSS 2021 is now live. Complete it before 17:00 GMT on Sunday 12 December 2021 and enter our prize draw for 5 x £50 Love2Shop e-gift cards!

National Student Survey (NSS)

The NSS is an annual survey, run nationally by the Office for Students. In the most recent NSS, we achieved satisfaction scores of:

  • 90% (rounded up from 89.81%) for Library services
  • 85% (rounded down from 85.13%) for IT services

Service satisfaction survey: binding service

In August we consulted customers of the Library Shop's binding service. We asked them:

1. Were you satisfied with the service you received today?

  • Yes: 34

  • Satisfaction score: 97%

2. Were you satisfied with the length of time you had to wait to have your item bound?

  • Yes: 33
  • No: 2
  • Number of responses: 35
  • Satisfaction score: 94%

3. Were you satisfied with the price of the service?
