Library and IT Satisfaction Survey (LITSS)
The LITSS covers Library and IT services at the University. We run the LITSS every two years.
Digital Experience Insights Surveys (DEIS)
We work in partnership with Jisc to run the Digital Experience Insights Survey (DEIS) for students and staff.
National Student Survey (NSS)
The NSS is an annual survey, run nationally by the Office for Students. In the most recent NSS, we achieved satisfaction scores of:
- 92.6% for Library services;
- 90.1% for IT services.
