The Honours Validation process is for students who have successfully completed year 3 of the BA Hons Business or BA Hons Humanities and Social Sciences, to confirm their choice of honours programme.

Staff access to the Honours Validation link will open mid-June each session. 

Staff with the Honours Selector role are required to confirm student eligibility for honours programmes.

Student access to the Honours Validation link will open mid-July each session. 

The Honours Validation link is located under the curriculum tab in PEGASUS. 

Students will only have access to the Honours Validation link when they receive a pass or proceed decision at an exam board. This means students who receive a resit decision will not have access to the link until they receive a pass/proceed decision. 

Humanities and Social Sciences (HaSS) Language Year Abroad - Students who are due to spend a session abroad are still required to complete the Honours Validation process. The link will only become available following a pass/proceed decision. Students will be registered on the 'named' honours programme in year 4 while abroad, returning to Strathclyde the following session to undertake year 5. 

The Provisional Curriculum link will not be available in PEGASUS until the Honours Validation process is complete. 

Some departments may provide you with alternative instructions on how to choose curriculum for your honours year. Please refer to these and take action as instructed.
