If you order a transcript during this period you will only receive an electronic (pdf) copy.*
IF YOU REQUIRE A PAPER (HARD COPY) TRANSCRIPT PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER UNTIL AFTER THE UNIVERSITY HAS RE-OPENED.
An academic transcript will be produced and issued along with your degree parchment at an appropriate time once staff are able to return to University buildings.
In the meantime, if required, you can apply to have a pdf copy of your transcript emailed to you. You should submit your request to email@example.com.
Please note that this could take up to 28 days due to the anticipated volume of requests.

*Please note: Postgraduate transcripts relating to attendance prior to 2010 and all transcripts relating to attendance prior to 2003 are manually produced and therefore cannot be issued electronically as a pdf document. Do not place an order for these transcripts until after the University has re-opened.

Transcripts are available for purchase to undergraduate and taught postgraduate students who require evidence of subjects studied along with grades and marks attained. They are normally used by students when applying for graduate courses or employment, as other institutions and prospective employers may require a more detailed confirmation of your award than your degree parchment.
A transcript is a detailed record of your study. It lists all subjects year by year, including marks obtained for individual classes, and in the majority of cases credit information is also included. Please note that all academic years will be listed on the same document. It will also include your final award mark or classification if relevant. If purchased prior to the graduation ceremonies then the graduation date will not be shown.
PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST A TRANSCRIPT UNTIL YOU KNOW THAT ALL MARKS HAVE BEEN APPROVED.
You can check approved status by logging onto your Pegasus account and viewing the “degree exam results” screen. Exam results will NOT be available until after the Exam Boards meet in June and September.
