Assessment of specific EU stability requirements for ro-ro passenger ships
The objective of this study is to support the review of directive 2003/25/EC. In this respect, the contractor shall propose a new formulation for the required subdivision index R for ro-ro passenger ships. This formulation will provide the greatest achievable level of safety across the entire fleet
