
Creating Research Data Management Plans
Target Audience: Doctoral Research Students
This (online) course will help answer questions about data management plans /planning and lead researchers through the process of completing a project DMP.
By the end of the session participants will have:
- An understanding of what a data management plan is
- An understanding of why a data management plan is important
- Gained a basic knowledge in all the areas of data management planning
- Created an outline data management plan
- Knowledge of where to seek additional help and support

Data Management Plan (DMP) Drop-in session
This online drop-in session will provide researchers with an introduction to data management plans/planning; covering the key requirements of the University’s Research Data Management and Sharing Policy, and discussing what types of info and detail should be included in a project DMP (Data Management Plan).

Pure, Open access & Research data management
This brief 2 hour session provides an introduction to three different, but related areas:
- Pure, Strathclyde's research information management system,
- Open Access to publications,
- and Research Data Management.

Online training in research data management
This online course provides an introduction to research data management.
It is suitable for researchers at all levels from students to senior academics.
