University of Strathclyde, Glasgow
Wednesday 4 March 2026 (approx. 09:30–16:30)
Collaboration is at the heart of how research and innovation happen. Whether through interdisciplinary projects, mentoring and co-authoring, or partnerships that reach across sectors and borders, our everyday ways of working together shape the culture of research itself.
This free one-day conference, hosted by the Collaborative Cultures Programme at the University of Strathclyde, will explore how collaboration interacts with equity, inclusion, and meaningful impact in research and innovation through a range of keynote talks, panel discussions, and interactive parallel sessions.
The event marks the culmination of Strathclyde’s two-year Wellcome-funded Collaborative Cultures Programme examining how collaborative practices are built, supported, and sustained across different disciplines and contexts.
We invite you to join us to share learning, spark ideas, and explore how collaboration can transform the everyday cultures of research, knowledge exchange and innovation.
The conference is aimed at all those involved in leading, enabling, or shaping collaboration and research culture in the Research, Knowledge Exchange & Innovation ecosystem.
Please register to attend the conference using the online registration form by 9 February 2026.
We have a limited number of bursaries available to support attendance, please email collaborativecultures@strath.ac.uk if you would like to discuss financial support to attend.
