Activities and Outputs
The Collaborative Cultures Programme brings together a mix of different activities and methods to explore challenges and opportunities around collaboration.
In a nutshell, we're delivering:
- Two funding calls: ‘Inclusive and Collaborative Research Cultures’ and ‘Equitable and Interdisciplinary Collaboration to Address Global Challenges’.
- Qualitative research including interviews and diary projects involving staff from across the University of Strathclyde.
- Interventions exploring, for example, a framework for measuring collaboration, solutions to cross-sector collaboration challenges, mechanisms for recognition and valuing in relation to day-to-day experiences, and a new staff network focused on research and innovation culture.
- Community building to inform our activities and share learning.
