What I do as part of my role

I work with my job share partner, Angela, to make sure that everything behind the scenes of the project runs smoothly, from helping design and implement funding call processes to handling budget allocation, and everything in between. I also lead on the communications for the Programme, so spend a lot of time writing articles and promotions for the various activities we have going on.

What I’ve enjoyed about the project

I've loved meeting and working with so many people who care so much about making the academic space more inclusive and accessible — both from Strathclyde and across other universities. I also love seeing colleagues from across the university getting to work on fascinating, creative projects through the Collaborative Cultures funding opportunities.
