Elsa Tsioumani

Dr Elsa Tsioumani is an international lawyer and academic based in Thessaloniki, Greece. Her research interests include international environmental law and policy, with focus on biodiversity, human rights, governance of emerging technologies, and land, food and agriculture. Elsa has over 20 years of experience as a practitioner and observer at intergovernmental meetings. She has held research positions in academia, and has served as a legal consultant for several international and non-governmental organizations.
