Personal statement

As part of a small team building the University’s resilience capability, my role as Risk and Resilience Administrator involves providing support for the programme of work to develop, maintain and implement the University’s Risk Management Framework and Business Continuity Management System. This includes responding to first line enquiries, operating a variety of IT systems to assist the efficient operation of the Risk and Resilience function, supporting the development of processes including documentation, training and exercises for implementation across the University, and providing administrative and secretarial support in the response to disruptive incidents with a view to minimising disruptions to University business.
