Personal statement

I am a social scientist with experience in research, policy and programme development in relation to vulnerable children and young people, citizenship and participation. In my current role, I focus on promoting the use of evidence in policy formulation and supporting capacity building in the use of data for improvement. I am building expertise in supporting the operationalisation of effective practices and the development of measurements that will allow for the assessment of fidelity and outcomes relating to those practices.

I am working within CELCIS, supporting 'Protecting Children' Team and 'Addressing Neglect and Enhancing Wellbeing' work. Previous experience includes Save the Children Romania and the European Agency for Fundamental Rights.
