Personal statement

I am a passionate and driven researcher in the field of international business and management. Over the years, I have contributed my expertise to various companies and industries by aiding in their international expansion. Additionally, I've worked in the realm of academia, for more than 12 years as a Lecturer, Knowledge Exchange Associate, and Researcher. I also had the opportunity to work in administrative positions as a Head of the International Business Programme at Universidad de Medellin, Colombia.
My research interests are deeply rooted in exploring the intricacies of corporate strategy within Multinational Enterprises (MNEs), particularly in the areas of strategy implementation and the impact of stakeholders on shaping and influencing strategic decisions.
