Personal statement

Carolina has over 10 years of experience in academia, focusing on teaching, research, and engagement. Her current research focuses on understanding strategy implementation in MNEs and the involvement of stakeholders at the subsidiary level. Although she has had the opportunity of researching companies from different industries and sizes, she has a special interest in MNEs and SMEs from the energy industry. The combination of research and industrial experience has provided her with analytical skills and capabilities to translate research into practical outcomes for practitioners. This has enabled her to work as a research assistant and consultant of different projects. She is a disciplined and perseverant person.
