Personal statement

I completed my Masters degree and PhD at the University of Strathclyde Sleep Centre in 2025. I am now working on the ESTABLISH project using co-production methods to explore suitable insomnia treatments for people living with secondary breast cancer. My research interest is in the implementation of insomnia treatments in real-world settings to improve accessibility, effectiveness and impact. My PhD focused on developing and delivering an insomnia intervention for adolescents with co-morbid mental health conditions.
