Personal statement

Dr. Hassan is currently working at the Strathclyde Business School, as a Research Associate.  He has been awarded PhD, at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation. Hassan's research interests encompass, managerial/organizational sensemaking of uncertainty, time and temporalities, and startegy development amidst uncertainty. Hassan has  also obtained Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (AFHEA), due to his extensive lecturing experience, at the Strathclyde Business School.

Hassan has published an empirical paper, in the Academy of management conference, 2023, Boston, USA. In addition, he has also published a conceptual paper  in the British Academy of Management, 2022, Manchester, UK. Both of these papers are currently edited, to be submited to the 4* journals.

During his PhD, he has obtained a PGCert in Research Methodology with a Distinction. Before starting his PhD, Hassan has also completed a MSc International Business Management, at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. Moreover, he has also completed his MBA and BBA (Honours) in Finance and Management, with a Distinction, at the Lahore School of Economics (LSE), Pakistan. His name was inscribed twice in the Dean's Honours List, as he was amongst the top 10% of students, in his batch of MBA and BBA, where he was also awarded two silver medals.
